Direct Post
• A minimum quantity of 1000 pieces can be accepted under the ‘Direct Post’.
• Articles to be accepted have to be such that they do not exceed the length and width of an A3 size paper.
Retail Post
• Through 'Retail Post' Department offers convenience to the general public by making third party products and services
• Under Retail Post, a range of services are offered including the collection of electricity bills, collection of taxes, collection of other bills and fee for the Government etc. Further, under Retail Post, the Post Office sells application forms
Book Now Pay Later(BNPL) Facility
• Bulk customer is defined as anyone who provides Rs. 10,000 worth of speed post business in calendar month
• The BNPL bill will be prepared on a monthly basis (Calendar month) by the office of posting.
• The bill will be raised by 7th day of following month (bill date). The bulk customer shall pay the bill amount in full on or before last day of the month in which bill is raised
• In case the customer fails to make the payment by the due date, penalty at the rate of 12% per annum on the amount.In case,
• he/she will be eligible for discount of the speed post business provided by him in a calendar month is Rs 50,000 and above or more.
Cash on Delivery(COD) Facility
• Cash on Delivery facility is available which provides collection of amount up to Rs. 50,000/- at the time of delivery of consignments.
Bill Mail Service
• The minimum quantity of articles to be posted at a time is 5000.
• Rate of postage will be ₹ 3.00 for a weight not exceeding 50 grams and ₹ 2.00 for additional 50 grams or a fraction thereof.
Media Post
• Media Post offers a range of advertising mediums such as Postal Stationery, Postal Premises etc.

• Business Post provides complete mailing solutions right from mail preparation to mail delivery, ideal for small businesses as well as large companies.
• Customers can choose from a range of cost-effective and professional mailing services, including collection of mail from customer premises, franking, inserting, sealing and addressing etc. to meet their specific business needs.
e-Payment
• e-Payment is a smart option for businesses and organizations to collect their bills or other payments through Post Office
• The collection is consolidated electronically using web based software and payment is made centrally through Cheque
• Up to Rs 1000 /- Rs 5/-
• Rs 1001 to 2500/-Rs 10/-
• Rs 2501/- to Rs 5000/-Rs 15/-
• Above 5000/- Rs 20/-
e-Post
• Through ePOST, customers can send their messages to any address in India with a combination of electronic transmission and physical delivery

• Monthly Speed Post business Rs 50,001/- to 5,00,000/-Discount 10 %
• Monthly Speed Post business Rs 5,00,001/- to 25,00,000/ - Discount- 15 %
• Monthly Speed Post business Rs 25,00,001/- to 100,00,000/-Discount-20 %
• Monthly Speed Post business Rs 100,00,001/- to 500,00,000/-Discount-25 %
• Above Rs 500,00,000/-Discount -30 %
